What can I expect from the experience?
You will live through a spectacular encounter—an experience you will remember forever. Through innovative technology, you will feel emotions and sensations that will light up your heart. Indoors.
How long is the experience?
The visit will last approximately between one hour and twenty minutes and one hour and thirty minutes.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
It is visually accessible, yes. However, the soundtracks will not be heard.
What accessibility options are there for people with visual impairments?
Wheelchairs and ramps.
Will there be strobe lights?
No. However, there will be robotic lights and soundtracks with similar effects.
Will there be food and drinks for sale on-site?
Yes.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
You can take photos without flash. When doing so, please ensure you do not disturb other visitors. The use of professional equipment and tripods is not allowed.
Are there seats available? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?
The last 15 minutes will be in a seat.

About Event Access
Do I need to wear a mask?
Not really. But if you feel it is necessary, you may wear a mask inside the experience.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended to arrive within the time indicated on your ticket, but you can arrive up to five minutes late.
What happens if I arrive late?
You will be able to access the next session as long as there is availability.
Can I bring animals?
No.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes.
Is there an age requirement?
No. But it is recommended to be mindful if the first sound and light show scares infants, to move on to the next act.
Does the venue comply with ADA regulations?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
Yes, with a fee.
What happens if there is bad weather?
No problem.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Entry with backpacks is prohibited. Weapons of any kind, including sharp objects, flash photography, alcohol, and anything that may disturb other attendees.
Are there wheelchairs available for rent?
We will have them available for free with limited availability.

Can I buy a ticket at the event?
Yes, we have a physical box office at the experience.
Where can I buy tickets?
On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.

At the box office. Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Non-refund terms and conditions are accepted before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you may contact us and our support team will evaluate your case. Make sure to include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket is contactless and will be validated directly from the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Contact us for additional help and include your order number.
Who are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for “Guadalupe, an Immersive Encounter” can only be purchased on Fever. They are not available on any other website or platform.
I can't find my ticket. What do I do?
You can find your ticket with its QR code in the Fever app, under the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed it yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when buying your tickets. If you still cannot see your ticket, please contact us.
